Our work typically spans across 4 stages:
1. Problem Discovery and Scoping : We start by deeply understanding the clients' business needs and the specific problems they're trying to solve. We follow a three-step process:

Detailed call with the client to understand their reporting challenges.
2.
Help the client zero down on the most critical KPIs
3.
Mutually agree on the scope of the project.
2. Modeling - This is the phase where we take our detailed understanding of the project and create an insightful dashboard. This includes working on:
ETL :
Consolidating, cleaning and automating data from multiple scattered sources.
KPIs and Calculations :
Building and testing dynamic calculations (KPIs)
Visualizations:
Meaningfully presenting data that drive insights and action.
3. Deployment and Training - We deploy the model once it's developed and tested. We actively reduce our dependence by training the key stakeholders on managing and maintaining the model going forward.
How long does it take to finish a Project? ⌛
We work on extremely fast turnaround times. A typical project can take from a few days to a few weeks to complete and project timelines can vary based on the following factors.
